Preparation
Goes well with:
Chicken (400g), beef steak (250g), salmon (cook separately and add to stir fry), prawns, tofu or more veg
Stir fry: From Ambient
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok. Stir fry chicken slices (or protein/veg of choice) for 3-4mins.
2. Add 1 sliced red pepper and handful of mangetout (or your choice of veg) and stir fry for 2-3mins.
3. Add sauce and stir fry for 1-2mins, simmer to reduce to desired coating thickness*.
Serve with your choice of cooked noodles or rice.
* Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not use if pouch is bloated or leaking. Not suitable for microwave use.
