Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Oven
How to prepare Empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl. Add 180ml of boiling water and mix well. Allow the prepared mix to stand for 15 minutes before cooking. Oven Cook Before Cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C/ fan 180°C/ Gas 6. Place the prepared stuffing mix in a greased ovenproof dish. Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Warnings:
Cooking times for stuffed meat and poultry must be based on the total stuffed weight.
Only the neck end of the poultry should be stuffed.
Do not consume raw.
