Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Gram Flour, Ground Spices (Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Chilli Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Oregano), Sea Salt, Raising Agents: Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate; Salt, Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Garlic Powder.

100ml vegetable oil

JUST GRAB

1 sachet of onion bhaji batter mix
100ml cold water
2 onions, sliced
100ml vegetable oil

Before cooking: Preheat the oven to 190°C / 170°C fan assisted / gas mark 5. Place the sliced onions into a large bowl. Add the contents of the sachet and 100ml of cold water and mix together.  Form the mix into 6 balls.
During Cooking: Pour 100ml of oil into a frying pan and heat on a medium heat until very hot.  Fry the bhajis for about 1 - 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Place onto kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Place the fried bhajis on a lined baking tray and place the tray into the centre of the oven for 10 - 15 minutes, until piping hot. 
After Cooking:  If you like, serve with raita dip, salad and lemon wedges and enjoy!
