History: Invivo is a New Zealand winery, founded by two Kiwi schoolfriends Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron. In 2019 they launched their collaboration with Sarah Jessica Parker to global acclaim, with more than 60 gold medals and accolades awarded since. SJP is hands on, tasting and blending each new vintage of wine with Invivo
Regional information: Invivo Cofounders Tim and Rob worked with an experienced team of Australian-based no/low alcohol winemakers to craft Sevenly as Australia boasts some of the most advanced no/low alcohol winemaking techniques in the world.
Post fermentation, advanced spinning cone technology gently removes some of the alcohol at a low temperature, while extracting flavors and aromas naturally to produce wines that sit at seven percent alcohol, without the need for added sugar.
Vinification: Invivo X, SJP Sevenly is sustainably produced at a winery in Australia that sources 100% of its energy from solar and wind power.
