This Côtes de Provence vineyard, just a few kilometers from Aix en Provence, is considered as one of the most natural in France. It benefits from a Mediterranean climate : mild winters, early springs and sunny summers. This all year round exposure produces very juicy grapes.
Vinification: Night harvests, cold direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature: 14°C and then 18°C at the end of the fermentation.
